OK, so that pic that I posted was not in fact, Arroyo's wife but instead was a girl that he allegedly cheated on his wife with. "Allegedly"? He would have to be retarded not to cheat on his wife with that girl. She looked like she could pout his hair in those cornrows without using her hands. I dont even know what that means.
